The Eric Langton Mk4

This one is an Eric K. Langton (MK 4) JAP-powered speedway bike from 1949.

Only a dozen MK 4 machines were made, and the layout is very similar to an Erskine "Staride".

Eric Langton's main production was what he called the MAXI to suit Max Grosskreutz style of riding but most of the local Halifax & Bradfords riders liked them and Eric Langton made about 50 MAXI's and were of the type MK 3.
