The Baster Museum in the Auvergne district displays the history of the motorcycle from the early days of the 20th century to the mid-1980s. in a 2000 square metre hall.

Many of the 400 motorcycles, sidecars, mopeds, bicycles and scooters in this private collection are fully restored, and some are quite unique. Displays include posters, shop signs, petrol bowsers and many more vintage items of interest to the historian and enthusiast.

Of particular interest are the sidecars and 4-cylinder machines, and highlights of the collection include a 1927 Brough Superior SS 100, a Vincent 1000cc V-Twin, an MV Agusta 750 and a very rare four-cylinder Train. The collection features some of the best of British, Italian and American manufacture, along with numerous French motorcycles.
