Costruita da Ernesto Balsamo e fratelli (vedi Miller) nell'officina di viale Pasubio a Milano, è una bicicletta a motore equipaggiat con propulsori P.S. e Puch a due tempi di 125cc e Moser a due e quattro tempi di 175cc.

Le moto vengono prodotte nella metà degli anni Venti.

Built by Ernesto Balsamo and siblings (see also Miller-Balsamo) in a workshop at Pasubio avenue in Milan. The motorcycles were fitted with P.S. and Puch 125cc two-stroke, and with Moser two-and four-stroke 175cc engines.

The motorcycles were produced in the mid-twenties.
