A Brief History of the Marque

Carl Jurisch, a racer/designer of the 1920s.


Built a four-cylinder water-cooled twostroke prototype, and a 248cc twin-cylinder supercharged racing machine which gained much recognition.

Jurisch was quite successful on the racing circuit, and also campaigned on Puch, Bekamo, DKW and other motorcycles.

There was also a Jurisch microcar in the 1950s, also German but unrelated.
