Debenham Sisters
Betty and Nancy Debenham, with their dog, Poncho, were keen motorcyclists. Nancy won a Gold Medal at Brooklands in 1926.

Charlton motorcycles were produced from 1904 to 1908.
The machine was typical of the Edwardian era, with belt drive, various transmission options and fitted with a French Buchet 402cc engine. It was a bad time for motorcycle sales, so it is unlikely that many were sold.
