Dispatch Rider (Despatch Rider?)

Motorcycle built from 1915-17. Utilised 210cc Peco or 123 / 173 cc Villiers engines.

It seem more likely that the name is Despatch Rider as that appears to be the term in vogue in the British armed forces of WWI. Sources: Grace's Guide
