Martin-JAP Speedway

Victor Martin & Co. Ltd., of Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, from 1932 to 1939 (1)

Victor Martin Ltd employed JAP five-stud speedway engine in speedway frames which were very similar in design to the Rudge. Machines were produced between 1929 and 1957.

1. Previously the address was listed as Elmhurst Works, Bruce Grove, London. Neither have been verified.
2. There was also a Martin-JAP built by H. Martin & Co. of Leslie Works, East Croydon, Surrey prior to WWI. See Harry Martin.
