MR Motorcycles

A Brief History of the Marque Ippolito Raimondi formed the company later known as Raimondi Costruzioni Meccaniche in Parma in 1899, building bicycles, management of which was later handed to his son Romeo.

In 1922 Romeo and his partner Malagoli began to build motorcycles and in 1925 produced three models powered by 98cc and 125cc Train engines and with 'Raimondi type' transmission. Around 100 motorcycles were built before production ceased in 1928.

Advertising of the time headlines the "Raimondi" motorcycle constructed by Malagoli & Raimondi, before being marketed as the MR.
