Argyle

Argyle were motorcycles built before World War I.

The company was located in Argyle Street, Birkenhead. They built a few very basic and primitive machines. They were probably dealers who based their machines on heavy-duty cycle frames with the engine hung from it, with belt drive to the rear wheel.
