Built in 1921-1924 by Hella Motoren Gesellschaft m.b.H München.
Used horizontal two-stroke engines of 122cc, 147cc and 183cc mounted high in the frame above the pedal crank.
An ID plaque reads:
In 1922, Raufer & Co. was a machinery and engine manufacturer (Maschinen- und Motorenfabrik) located at Giselastraße 1, Munich. The company was heavily involved in the industrial manufacturing of machine parts, tools, and auxiliary bicycle engines (Fahrrad-Hilfsmotoren).
There is no relationship with the company now so well known for its automotive lighting products.

TS 122cc.1921. I do not speak good English . but I hope that you will understand

My data: Hans Hecker motorcycle manufacturer has been producing frames Emora marque which has used a number of other brands such as Eichler, Wimmer, Hella, used Emora frame. We also have this character very little information, and we have not found another similar motorcycle. Books of the Hella brand bikes have 144cc-183cc but this motorcycle is 122cc

Update June 2026. Antti Nortunen writes: "... I double-checked the physical measurements (stroke 62.13 mm and cylinder bore 50.00 mm), and when calculated correctly, they total exactly 122cc... I am quite passionate about this history, and I actually just created the Wikipedia page for "Hella (moottoripyörä)" in Finnish to help preserve the story of these bikes."
