British Motorcycles


Avonvale was a motorcycle produced in 1903.

A cycle dealer named Price, of High Street, Evesham, Worcestershire, designed the machine. It had a 223cc Buchet four-stroke engine clipped above the downtube of a bicycle frame with Chater-Lea fittings. ith direct-belt drive and braced forks, the design was basic and primitive. The carburettor is by Longuemare, and only two machines are believed to have been built.
