Betty and Nancy Debenham, with their dog, Poncho, were keen motorcyclists. Nancy won a Gold Medal at Brooklands in 1926.

This company used bought-in parts to produce machines with a 3½ hp 499cc Precision engine. They were possibly built to order, with a variety of transmission options ranging from direct-belt drive to three-speed hub gear.
