Last day of the 35th International Six Day Trials (ISDT) race at Bad Aussee, Austria. Eric Chilton won the gold medal riding a Triumph, one of five he received at the ISDT from 1954 to 1965.

Dave Potter, riding a Gus Kuhn Norton, wins the 750cc race at Cadwell Park. Potter won the British Superbike Championship in 1979 and 1980.
