Australian Speedway Champion Jim Airey featured on the cover of "Speedway Star & News Magazine".
Jim won the Australian Championship in 1968, '69 and '70, all held at the Sydney Showground. In the 1960s he rode with the Wolverhampton Wolves and Sheffield Tigers, and competed internationally with the Great Britain speedway team.
