Doninelli Tricarro Three-Wheelers

A Brief History of the Italian Marque

In Milan during the interwar period the area of Porta Venezia had many workshops - virtually every piazza had a blacksmith, a turner or a bicycle workshop.

In addition, there were many motor accessory shops, for example the warehouses in Boston via Melzo and the retail store display of the Demm company.

In Via Panfilo Castaldi, a side street of Corso Buenos Ayres, was the Officina Meccanica Doninelli that in the 1930s produced motocarri with engines of its own construction.
