In the late 1950s JF Koch built very original sidecars designed exclusively for use with Čezeta 501 and 502 scooters. Although very attractive, it was limited by its high weight which resulted in poor performance when fully laden. Some 900 of these were produced by Drupol in Stiřín near Prague. The 'Druzeta' brand is derived from the two companies' names.
Koch is best known for his work with Praga.
