Béla Lőrincz built motorcycles in Budapest from 1923 to 1929.
They entered the market with a single cylinder two-stroke bicycle attachment engine and a 672cc twin-cylinder water-cooled two-stroke motorcycle which looked rather like a Scott. With the exception of the electrics and a few other components, everything was made in Hungary, with the frame and engine built in-house.
The following year a single-cylinder machine was added to the range, which was expanded still further when the firm moved to larger premises in 1925, offering a 500cc two-stroke with air or water cooling, a large two-stroke twin, and optional sidecar.
The firm is understood to be the first true Hungarian manufacturer.
