A Brief History of the Italian Marque
Mopeds & Cyclemotor Engines.
Armido Rizzetto and then Guido Rizzetto were based in Milan and from 1952 to 1954 built an
auxiliary 48 cc two-stroke engine with a horizontal cylinder and roller drive grip, similar in
design to many others including the Mosquito.
The firm also built a complete moped with frame and auxiliary engine. A Motociclismo.it listing reads: "Ariz - Rizzetto 48cc 1950-1955."
