Musa Motorcycles

A Brief History of the Marque

Manufactured: 1947-1949

M.U.S.A. was a company based at Viale Piava 12, Milano, which produced bicycles and tricycles. In 1947 it revealed the Musetta, a light motorcycle with a three-speed gearbox in a tubular frame with cantilever rear suspension, [1] powered by a T2 Cucciolo engine.

They also built the K70M mototriciclo, a utility three-wheeler with a tray at the front powered by a two-stroke engine.

N.B.
1. Cantilever suspension is mentioned in a short English article which may well have been referring to a different make of machine. It is possible that the K70M and the Musetta were one and the same, and there was no Cucciolo-powered two-wheeler.
2. A forum post suggests that th 2T engine in the K70M may have been designed by Eng. Julius Caesar Cappa.
