Established by Alfredo Ciresa in via Vittorio Veneto as a dealer in 1988 [1], the Moto Spa firm began producing HM motorcycles using Honda components in 1994. By 2013 they had 52 employees at their new factory in via Alla Cascata, building motorcycles of 50cc and 125cc powered by Minarelli and Moto Morini engines.
Much later the firm began a relationship with Yamaha converting WR models for road-going use. The company name was changed to Vent Moto srl in 2017, and now produces 50cc and 125cc motard and enduro models at its factory in Introbio, Valsassina.
