Vicini mopeds were produced in limited numbers using Franco Morini engines. As one of their models is named Sport Cesena, the firm is possibly related to the well-known cycle manufacturer of Cesena which marketed a Vicini Cesena.
Mario Vicini was a champion cyclist who hailed from Cesena, and died in 1985.
