Vicini mopeds were produced in limited numbers using Franco Morini engines. As one of their models is named Sport Cesena, the firm is possibly related to the well-known cycle manufacturer of Cesena which marketed a Vicini Cesena.
Mario Vicini was a champion cyclist who hailed from Cesena, and died in December 1995. A website devoted to his remarkable life and works makes no mention of motorcycles.
