A Brief History of the Marque
It is understood that these lightweight 98cc mopeds were built by Nymans Verkstäder. NV built 20,000 of these from 1936 to 1939, and then postwar until 1952 when production ceased.
A museum exhibit description reads "Blixt 98cc, Velocipedaktiebolaget Lindblad Stockholm, 1939." That example is BMA style with a Sachs engine mounted quite high and the bicycle pedal crank immediately below.
