A Brief History of the Marque
Built a progressive 346cc ohv single.
1924-1925 Balaluwa-car AG, Munich
Less unusual than the choice of brand names Balaluwa, the ultra-modern top-driven 347 cc single-cylinder engines in the mid-20s, these machines had expanding brakes, chain drive with a three-speed transmission, and shapely frame designs were exhibited. Inflation and the constant financial strain brought a premature end for Balaluwa company from Munich. But then came the Hulla from Hagen, who also operated with an unusual brand name and managed to stay on the market until 1932.
