A Brief History of the Marque
Augusto Monaco worked with Federico Della Ferrera building a 250cc four-stroke supercharged engine producing 13 hp at 7000 rpm.
In 1927, Monaco collaborated with Baudo of Turin on a single-cylinder 500cc side-valve. The cylinder head was aluminium and the drivetrain is via a three-speed gearbox. Monaco also built a machine in 1950 designed by aeronautical engineer Vittorio Monaco and fitted with a 125cc twostroke, which did not go into production.
