Founded in 1938 by J. Laan in Tallinn, Estonia, the firm built motorised bicycles.

The marque reappeared briefly in 2010.

Tempo

Built in Estonia from 1937 to 1940.
At the end of the 1930s s Kr. Saar ja Ko built a series of inexpensive motorcycles with various engines. Frames were made in Estonia, while other components were sourced from Germany and Great Britain.
