First registered on the 30th of December 1924 in Hertfordshire, this machine was built by F. H. Wells who had a garage and machine shop in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. He manufactured two complete machines, one of which was involved in a fatal accident. Manufacture ceased as a result, and this is the sole surviving example.
