Leecham

Leecham was a motorcycle designed by Douglas Leecham in 1914.

The design for the Leecham was unveiled in June 1914. It was a loop frame with braced headstock, so that the petrol tank was of the saddle type. This was long before that style of tank became fashionable. The machine had sprung forks, a sv engine and direct belt drive.

As it was not a good time to launch a new design (World War 1 began a few weeks later), nothing more came of the project.
