A Brief History of the Italian Marque
Franco Chinelli of Crema, from 1951 to 1952 built small numbers of 125 and 175cc machines using JLO engines with frames constructed by FIT via Savona in Milan.
Chinelli ended production and became a Gilera dealer. They are not related to the famous bicycle manufacturer, Cino Cinnelli.
