Founded in 1975 in Modena by Maurizio Foroni. The first model is a folding moped, the Zucchero, powered by a Morini S5 48cc twostroke with automatic transmission
The frame is foldable single-beam, with telescopic front suspension and rigid rear.
The company was also interested competition and competed in several races in the late 1970s
