A Brief History of the Italian Marque
The Meccaniche di Precisione company was formed by Paolo Marchitelli with headquarters at via Cucchiari 21, Milan. Shortly after the war they constructed a motorized bicycle wheel branded MP and advertised with the phrase "Via col Vento" (Gone with the Wind), and "the engine which cannot be seen."
This was a 43cc twostroke, the weight of the complete wheel being 8kg.
Delta.
Officine Precision Paolo Marchitelli built a micro-motor of 38cc named Delta from 1947 to the fifties.
