Manufactured by Gelderse Motoren Fabriek, Varsseveld and Rijssen in the years 1951 to 1960, when the comany failed. In the better years they employed some 70 people.

Most were fitted with a horizontal BOY two-stroke engine of 45cc, 38x40mm B/S.
