Stag Cyclecars

  • The Stag Company were motorcycles produced from 1912 to 1914, by a firm reputedly located in Sherwood Forest, Nottingham. Also produced cars.

    The firm was previously Buckman Engineering Buckman Engineering of Nottingham, who produced Buck motorcycles.

  • Machines were built and fitted with Precision engines of various sizes. They also made Stag engines. The firm was very small, not listed, nor seen at the London shows.
  • With the outbreak of war, they did not survive.
