El desmantelamiento de toda la máquina requería de pocas herramientas, cuatro llaves y un destornillador. Retirando los pernos 21, 21´ y 21´´ toda la parte delantera 16 era separada del motor portante 15 al mismo tiempo que la parte posterior 14 - 28 se liberaba. La horquilla se retiraba aflojando 22 y 23. La propia horquilla (piezas 2, 3 y 4) se muestra en forma esquemática, la tee 1 solidaria con las barras de la horquilla 2 en la columna de dirección 10 y la amortiguación de la suspensión es proporcionada por una hoja de elástico transversal 6. Con el propósito de permitir su retiro y sustitución dos semi-manillares están fijados a la pieza 8.

Dismantling the whole machine required few tools, four wrenches and a screwdriver. By withdrawing four bolts the front part was separated from the load-bearing engine assembly at the same time as the rear part was released. The fork was withdrawn by loosening 22 and 23. The fork itself (parts 2, 3 and 4) is shown schematically, the tee 1 integral with the yoke bars 2 in the steering column 10 and the suspension damping is provided by a transverse elastic sheet 6. For the purpose of allowing its removal and replacement two half-handlebars are secured to the piece 8.
