A fire department equipment manufacturer with headquarters in Leonding, Austria, the company was founded by Johann Rosenbauer in 1866 in Linz.
The company began production of fire fighting equipment in 1906, and built their fire engine in 1919.
Motorcycles:
Rosenbauer fire-engine using a Bison motorcycle and sidecar combination. Exhibited in Munich, 1925.
They also built three-wheeled trucks and vans.
