New Progress was a motorcycle produced from 1930 to 1932, in Manchester.
This machine was the final revision of the Seal three-wheeler - a strange looking contraption with a central front-wheel.
In 1932 they produced a carrier version with a 680cc JAP V-twin engine mounted above the front wheel, which was driven via a three-speed-and-reverse gearbox.
Only the prototype was seen before the company closed.
