Manufactured by Grutzena-Werk G.m.b.H. Belzig, 1924-1925.
The company was established as a bicycle manufacturer by Eduard Grutzeck and his partner Bruno Sacharowitz early in 1923, and their motorcycle was presented at the Deutschen Automobil Ausstellung held in Berlin in December 1924.
Available in 250cc and 350cc versions with Kühne OHV engines, they had brakes front and rear along with chain final drive.
During development Grutzena motorcycles had appeared at several local sporting events with a number of podium finishes, and competed in the 1925 ADAC Deutschlandfahrt rally.
In 1925 model T III joined the lineup with a 200cc side-valve four-stroke engine, two-speed or three-speed gearbox and belt drive to the rear wheel.
Production does not appear to have progressed into 1926, and the company was removed from the register in 1928.
