Naxos (Ioulianos Tziotis & Bros O.E.) was founded in 1961 and was an important Greek 50cc 3-wheel truck manufacturer until being eclipsed by MEBEA. Its products used JLO engines and followed the typical Greek motorcycle-truck pattern. In 1966 the company moved to new facilities within the greater Athens area, where it operated until 1972.
