Manufactured by Arturo e Pietro Bertocchi of Via San Vitale 55 Bologna. Bonhams auctioned a c.1947 Bertocchi with a 48cc Cucciolo engine.
In 1958 they built 50cc transport bicycles, and a 1960 advertisement shows bicycle accessories and pedal carts, same address.
