Bert Gutenberg developed a two-stroke bicycle auxilliary engine designed by Folke Mannerstedt of Husqvarna fame which used a type of sleeve valve on the inlet port, named the Typhoon Campus. It did not fare well, and in 1952 the small Swedish firm constructed motorcycles fitted with Zundapp 200cc engines. Production halted in 1954.
The 200cc Typhoon was also rebadged and sold by Tiger.
There was also a Typhoon moped built in the Netherlands in the 1950s and 60s.
