John Tickle bought the spares side of Manx Norton after the firm stopped their production. He was already in the spares business, so went on to produce both Manx spares and complete machines - as the 350cc T3 and the 500c T5. They were almost identical to the Manx, except for the high-level exhaust and Tickle frame.
Both machines were built until 1973, after which he sold out to another firm, called Unity Equipe.
