This is a fabulous bike. I took it for a spin around the Somerset countryside when I went up to the recent Bristol Classic Bike Show... It’s a very attractive machine. The engine covers are a pleasing design feature.
I particularly like parts of it that remind me of various British fifties bikes.
To summarize: everything works on it and it’s a good ride. The fact it uses a Villiers engine makes it a practical French bike in the UK. You won’t find too many other 53-year-old motorcycles, French or British, like this one.
Being in such lovely unrestored condition, this bike is extremely photogenic.
