Manufactured by the brothers Albert and Robert Sulman at 11 Buckley Street, Footscray, Victoria, in 1914. Robert left the business which then moved and became A. G. Sulman, Monarch Cycle Works, 19 Paisley St,, Footscray in 1917.
The machines were powered by Healing Precision Big Four and JAP 4¼ hp singles.
