Firefly

Firefly was a motorcycle frame-kit, made by Phillip Jones in Lowestoft, Suffolk, from 1965 to 1970.

The kit was a light and well-made trials frame originally made to take the BSA C15 engine. It was later adapted to take the Villiers 37A and other engines. Some frames were nickel plated. Production was limited and most were made to order, as few people knew of its existence. Although awareness of the marque grew, the arrival of the Bultaco and changes in taxation advantages for supplying kits ended the enterprise.
