Camille Foucaux (1907-1976) was a professional French cyclist who won many cyclo-cross championships from 1926 to 1933.
Powered by a Vap engine, the B46 was presented at the 1950 Paris Salon. It had excelled in the Tour de France and was therefore given that name.
