Benetfink and Co, Motorcycle Dealers

Benetfink & Co of 107-108 Cheapside, London was a company which made and/or marketed sterling silver, optical equipment, lamps and other goods. They sold Ariel, Royal Enfield, Coventry Eagle, Osmond, Humber, Rover, Rex, Kerry and Chater Lea motorcycles, along with a large range of motoring accessories - jacks, instrumentation, horns and acetylene lamps as well as jackets, coats and googles. Motorcycle tyres included Palmer, Dunlop, Bates, Continental, Bergounan, Avon and Goodyear - the range of sizes was staggering.

They traded as Ben & Jones (1845-1851), Benetfink & Co (1852-1861), Benetfink & Fox and reverted to the name Benetfink & Company in the 1890s.

Taken over by Gamages in 1907 or 1908.
