Built in the late eighties, the new version of the Saturno was designed for the Japanese market, and was subsequently sold in numerous countries. The Nuovo Saturno is a lightweight, 500cc single-cylinder sports machine.
The Saturno name dates back to 1939. Designed by Giuseppe Salmaggi, it was constantly developed after the war, remaining in production into the 1960s. It was the Italian "Gold Star".
