Viale Aldini 10 (offcina) e Viale Panzacchi 17 (uffci), later Via Mazzini 39/2 (uffci e offcina) Bologna

Italian manufacturer Guido Dall'Oglio, previously of GD which he founded with Ghirardi, built distinctive 123cc two-strokes in Bologna from 1926 to 1930. The horizontal engines were fitted with a bronze head on a cast iron barrel.

It was hoped that these new machines would be a considerable improvement on the GD, and in many ways they were - better handling and more power - but they suffered heating problems.

Transmission: Chain
Chassis: double cradle, steel tube
Wheels: 25 x 3 tyres
Maximum speed: 70 km/h

This model had a saddle tank and balloon tyres, and very few were produced. It is possible it did not enter production.
