Founded by Andrés Chinchilla Cerezo in Murcia, the firm was active from from 1951 to 1996 producing motorcycles and motocarro using Hispano Villiers engines, with later models fitted with 110 cc Minsel and 55 cc Lombardini engines, both of them diesel.
One of the firm's clients was Cartagena City Council, to whom they supplied tipper trucks for garbage collection. Later machines had four wheels.
In 2004 the Achice firm was renamed to Achice Industrias Mecánicas SL and is based at Calle San Pablo 6, Yecla, Murcia. It is run by Rafael Molina Chinchilla, grandson of the founder, and manufactures bodies for motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers.
