Triumph Type CN from 1929.

Announced in October 1928, the side-valve Models CN and CSD were two of an entirely new range of Triumph machines.

Along with the OHV Model CO these were Triumph's first machines to have a recirculating oil system, a large step forward from the total loss systems of earlier models.

Apart from engines and carburettors, CN and CSD models shared frames, gearboxes, tanks, wheels, mudguards, and differed only by the 51cc capacity.
