A Brief History of the Italian Marque

ASSO Motos

In 1925 established in Milan the Asso company of Eng. Oscar Amrein, which produced motorcycles.

The engine is a DP two-stroke 2 1/2 HP belt drive, and seems to have been marketed until 1931.

motoclubstoricoconti.it gives rather different information on this marque, saying that the firm was in Turin, not Milan, that the first machine was a 175cc in 1927, and that they were associated with CABI-Cattaneo in 1950.
